So said Henry Ford and his 100 year old quote shows his understanding of the effect of limiting beliefs and the power of reframing them.

By changing our inner narrative, that quiet, persistent voice in our head, we can effect the outcomes in our outer world.

The same is true of our attitude with money.

I often hear ‘I never seem to have enough money’ or ‘I never seem to be able to keep my money’ so I work with you to ‘reframe’ these limiting beliefs for a shift in outcome.

‘I keep money easily and choose when to share, save or give’

Reframe your money beliefs positively

Try this exercise:

Identify one Negative or limiting Money Belief?

Write it down.

Now try and reframe a positive version of it. Avoid including negative words like not, can’t or won’t.

Write it down.

Now you’ve re-framed it, it’s time to re-wire your brain to believe it and that’s done through repetition.

Write your new belief out and keep it nearby, or maybe create it as your phone screen image, or record yourself saying it. Whichever way works for you, but commit to repeating it daily, and by daily I mean every day!

What you believe, will be.
